Translating Technology with Humor
On November 20th it will be International Men’s Day. However it’s only celebrated in Trinidad, which is an interesting thing since it’s international. Shouldn’t that be National Men’s Day? Or just plan old Men’s day. The wikipedia article doesn’t seem to lighten my curiosity on this one, but it makes me think of how easy would it be to declare a holiday? Hmmmmmmm International Computer Geek Day!

On April Fools day some tech companies keep us laughing. A friend forwarded the Google april fools joke… Google Romance… http://www.google.com/romance/ – And it still seems to be up. I’m glad to see that the Geeks at google still have a sense of humor. It is great to get a laugh out of an industry leader like google. My only fear is those people who think this is a real product… Raise your hand if you were fooled.
