Italians upset over Crucified Frog Sculpture

Frog

I wish I could make this up, but this shows us how crazy the art world can be.  The green guy is about 3 feet tall and has really pissed off an Italian town where its on exhibit. What’s art without critics.  However I’m shocked that the animal rights organizations aren’t upset and I haven’t heard from Kermit the Frog either.  What I find very amazing is that this piece was done in the early 90′s and the artist, Martin Kippenberg, has been deceased since 1997. Women in Painting…

I love art, all forms and types. After seeing this video I realized why. Its amazing that just one little painting can capture a moment in time or in this case bring us through history with a changing world through a stroke of a brush. I enjoyed this video, I hope you have if you haven’t seen it yet. I will never be able to tell you all the wonderful names or artists who’s work is in this video but I know many friends and family who can. In all this video is for all those artists who were Technically Foreign to the ones around them due to there creative genius and timeless canvases.
